Qualifications
- 5+ years of post-call experience in Corporate/Commercial Law.
- Experience independently managing sophisticated transactions and client files.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
- Commercial mindset with practical problem-solving abilities.
- Strong client-service orientation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with lawyers and other professionals.
- Genuine interest in business development and growing a legal practice.
- Strong desire to build long-term client relationships.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
